*~HERBAL LOTION FOR ACHES AND PAINS~*

4 drops marjoram

6 drops juniper

8 drops of sweet birch or wintergreen

3 drops chamomile

3 drops lavender

3 drops ginger

2 oz of carrier oil or lotion

Mix the above ingredients and let blend for 24 hours before using.

Massage in to area of pain or inflammation
